I work with women who appear successful on the outside but feel mentally crowded, physically tense, or stuck in reaction mode on the inside. The work is rooted in radical honesty and nervous-system regulation. We don't bypass patterns or push through them. We look at them directly — in your thoughts, your energy, your boundaries, and your choices.
Movement, breath, and rhythm are part of the work, but they are not the goal. They support clarity and inner strength. They help your body become a place of stability rather than stress, so real change can last.

ABOUT ME+
My work did not begin with a vision or an awakening. It began with curiosity — and necessity.
Years of high stress, screen-heavy work, and living mostly in my head slowly disconnected me from myself. Negative self-image. Destructive self-talk. What I found through movement wasn't fitness, but regulation — a way to calm my nervous system, think more clearly, and rebuild trust in my body and in myself.
That's when I understood that strength has little to do with how you look — and everything to do with how safe, steady, and at home you feel within yourself.
Becoming a Pilates and fitness instructor reinforced this. Teaching showed me that consistency only works when it supports your life, not when it adds pressure. Movement became a stabilising force — like your favourite track and beat that keeps you going.
Meditation and spirituality came later. They revealed patterns — where I was living on adrenaline, overriding myself, or staying in situations that no longer fit.
Life added its own challenges: demanding work, being fired more than once, grief, and transitions that cracked things open. What held me wasn't discipline or positivity, but a practical toolbox — routines that were truly mine, movement, reflection, and rhythm.
House of Movement grew from that integration.
Today, I work with women who appear capable on the outside but feel internally tense, mentally crowded, or disconnected from their own direction. I don't fix or motivate. I offer grounded partnership, radical honesty, and the structure needed to rebuild clarity, self-trust, and inner stability.
This work is about finding your rhythm. Building consistency that feels natural and sustainable. Learning how to stay with yourself — so your body and mind become allies, not obstacles.

My signature offering — a coaching container for women who want clarity, inner stability, and grounded self-leadership.
This is not fitness coaching. We work with decision-making, patterns, boundaries, nervous-system regulation, and how you relate to yourself — using radical honesty and practical structure. Movement and regulation tools support the process, but the focus is sustainable change that carries into real life. Think of strength, clarity and momentum in one package delivered at your door.
2. Personal Training Sessions
For clients who want a more body-focused entry point or ongoing physical support alongside coaching. Fully personalized sessions that blend all the best worlds together: functional training, Pilates, endurance and resistance training. Perfect if you're recovering from injury, building fitness, want to get stronger or feel better in your body. We co-create a plan that works for you. Imagine a blend of a good challenge and rewarding progress.
3. Studio Classes — Bluebirds Studio (Amsterdam Oost)
Join me for regular group classes at Bluebirds Studio. Expect functional, well-structured movement with rhythm and good music — a shared space to build strength, reconnect, and move with intention.

From team offsites and retreats to private Yin, restorative, or mindfulness-based sessions, blending inner work with self inquiry, meditation and recovery. I'm direct, grounded, and not interested in fluff. I help you see what's actually happening — in your patterns, decisions, energy, and boundaries — so clarity comes from truth, not effort. And we do it at your pace, so we balance seeing the truth with compassion.
Regulation before action
Real change doesn't come from pushing harder. It comes from a nervous system that's stable enough to choose. My work prioritises regulation so decisions, habits, and leadership become sustainable.
Body as an ally, not a project
I don't treat the body as something to fix or optimise. Movement, breath, and rhythm are tools to build safety, awareness, and inner stability — so your body supports your life instead of resisting it.
Rhythm over rigidity
Consistency works when it feels natural. Music, timing, and rhythm are part of how I help clients build momentum without pressure — structure that supports you, not controls you.

Whether 1:1 or in small groups, I work closely and intentionally. You'll be seen, challenged, and supported — without being handled, hyped, or managed. Together with magic and joy!
It's a series of sessions designed to help you pause and rethink with the guidance of a professional who will support you in achieving your goals. However, don't be surprised if you discover more meaning and purpose along the way. There are also cool extras like workouts and meditations to help you practise integral self-care.
I'm rethinking how I'm already treating my body and mind well, and how I can continue to do so with what I already have. Priceless!
Fortunately, I was able to hold on and transform again! The most fascinating thing was that I was able to appreciate everything in that very moment, and it opened the way for me to change my career path that I had not thought about and had not deliberately chosen. But right now it is happening.
